The seed has been sown, and the plant in God’s farm has sprouted. Now, it is the time to water and to fertilize the cultivated land so that the Lord’s testimony can grow and be built up. God’s eternal purpose is not merely to gain a cultivated land to grow Christ, but also to build up a spiritual building as His habitation. For this building process, Christ gave the gifted persons (apostles, prophets, evangelists, and shepherds and teachers) for the perfecting of the saints unto the work of the ministry, unto the building up of the Body of Christ (Eph. 4:12).

Perfecting the Future Generations

With the goal of building up the Body of Christ, Full-Time Training Indonesia was established for the perfecting of young people in the direction of gaining better and more solid new generations for the continuation of the Lord’s testimony in Indonesia. Through this training, a young generation is prepared, perfected, equipped, and constituted with the truth according to the pure divine revelation in the Scriptures and even cultivated a proper human character that they may be useful vessels in the Lord’s hands, becoming the gifted persons and God’s fellow workers to spread the Lord’s testimony in every place and build up the Body of Christ to consummate the New Jerusalem.

Blending and Building up the Saints Together in Coordination

In the Full-Time Training, young people from various localities, regions, and tribes are blended together, learning to coordinate with one another, and living out the reality of the corporate living in the Body as 1 Peter 3:8-9 said: “And finally be all of the same mind, sympathetic, loving the brothers, tenderhearted, humble-minded; not rendering evil for evil or reviling for reviling, but on the contrary blessing one another, because you were called to this, that you might inherit blessing.” This lays a good foundation for the blending and coordination in order to build up the Body of Christ locally and universally.

Bringing the Churches into Fellowship both Regionally and Universally

The Full-Time Training in Indonesia also brings the sweet fellowship among the local churches in this country to enable the saints to participate and share in the propagation work, prayers, and financial support for the Lord’s work. In the other side, since the FTTI was established, fellowship with the many Full-Time Training centers in various countries and overseas churches are also maintained so that many co-workers visit the churches in Indonesia regularly, even now the saints in Indonesia also visit the churches in other countries often. This condition brings in the circulation of all the blessings and riches of the Body of Christ, which cause the Body life to become rich and sweet, both locally and universally. Thus, the churches in Indonesia become an important part in the building up of the Body of Christ and in the propagation of His Kingdom.
